What Is The Ordering Process?
Ordering with ComfortShoeHaven.com is all about personal service. The personal service you will receive from ComfortShoeHaven.com always FEETures comfort for all your sole trouble.
To place an order browse our website and click the "add to cart" button. This will add the product to your virtual shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at anytime by clicking the "VIEW CART" link at the top right of the site. From there you can view/change/remove products from your shopping cart. When you have everything you need in your shopping cart, click the "SECURE CHECKOUT" button located on the Shopping Cart page and follow the instructions.
When we receive an order request we will check the availability, and email you the details.
For back orders received, we will contact the customer by email/phone to discuss the order and receive payment for the goods. The whole process is designed to maintain the one-to-one personal service that each of our customers receive when they visit our online store!

Products will be shipped once we receive the cheque or money order.

ONTARIO: 6% GST & 8% PST
NEW BRUNSWICK, NOVA SCOTIA, NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR: 14% HST
ALL OTHER PROVINCES: 6% GST ONLY
OUTSIDE CANADA: No Tax
How long will it take to receive my product(s) ordered? How can I be sure you have an item in stock when I place an order?
For all order requests, we check availability of our stock and if it is not in stock, we then contact the supplier. If the item is in stock you should receive it within 5 days of ordering, if it is back ordered it may take up to 3 weeks, we would let you know the status if the item is out of stock.
When am I charged after submitting an order request?
All orders placed on our website are only offical once paid in full. This allows you a buffer between placing an order request and paying for the order in case you want to check if it will ship right away, or is a product on backorder. After placing an order, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm availability and accept payment.
What about warranty?
All our footwear is backed by 1st Quality Standards. All our manufacturers take great pride in their high quality footwear.
We are the retailer not manufacturer, we would act as your representative to get a fair settlement.
